Every Baby is either tested for Polyoma and PBFD, or comes from negative tested parents. In addition to this testing, we conduct full panel disease testing twice a year for all 6 major Avian diseases:

Babies will now get the most recent disease panel certificate results in their Let's Go Home packet, as well as their testing results or their parent's.
**Our Health Guarantee warranties your Baby to be free of any genetic or congenital (physical defect) or other inherited abnormality to the best of our knowledge for a period of 1 year. It cannot, however, guarantee against any communicable illness, other potential disease or infection exposure, or owner negligence beyond our initial 72 hour period, because we have no control over what your Baby may be exposed or subjected to once they leave our nest. Owner negligence (such as Teflon/toxin exposure, lack of feeding, purposeful or accidental injury, etc) will NEGAGTE the 72 hour Health Guarantee period.
Shipping
For your convenience, we offer different travel methods for your Baby, should you not be able to pick them up locally. Prices may be subject to change. These prices are dictated by Delta Airlines and USPS, not by us. Shipping is done weather permitting ONLY. (Due to current Delta embargos, We are forced to drive much further to an airport in order to ship. As such, we have added a small surcharge to shipping costs to help us cover some of the mileage. We apologize greatly for any inconvenience, and will drop this additional charge as soon as things go back to normal!) Birds shipped via Delta are shipped only on Mondays. Birds shipping via USPS can be shipped any day of the week that USPS is open.

Boarding
Going on vacation, and not sure what to do with your birds? For your convenience, we offer boarding services for your feathered pals! Boarding fees cover the basic care, food, and produce your bird will need while in our care.
Boarding Rules and More:

Boarders dropped off prior to 10am are charged for that day.

Get back late? That's ok! Sleep off that jet lag! Boarders picked up prior to 10am aren't charged for the day!

Boarders dropped off after 5pm aren't charged for drop off day.

Any boarders needing medicine, therapy or other medical or special requirements will have an additional charge, agreed upon between parties in advance, and on a case by case basis.

Need grooming while boarding? Be sure to let us know!

Any boarder that appears ill will be taken to the vet at your expense. They will receive whatever care they need and you will be billed upon pickup. We will, of course, verify with you prior to any treatment. Ill boarders will be boarded at our home, and strict sanitation and quarantine measures will be followed to protect our flock.

"Per cage" means any birds that can share a cage while boarding. If you have a pair of friends that can live together in the same cage, you pay just one boarding fee!

Going away for the day and don't want to leave your feathered friend all alone? We offer a fun solution! You can drop your pal off in the morning and they'll enjoy a day filled with snuggles, play with other birdie friends, foraging, treats, a yummy lunch, and more.

Birds should be dropped off in the morning and must be picked up by close (6pm Tues-Fri, or 4pm Sat) or shortly thereafter.

Any birds that stay the night will be charged a daily Boarding fee (see above).

All rates are to be paid at drop off. Weekly rate is paid at drop off of the first day of their week. Failure to pay Daycare fees at drop off will result in being turned away for the day.
